How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days. Standard delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are, and express options are available for faster delivery.

Can I create my own Pick 'n' Mix?

Absolutely. Choose your favourite lollies and we'll pack your perfect mix. Join our TikTok live sessions for exclusive Pick 'n' Mix deals.

What payment methods do you accept?

Afterpay, PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within Australia only, but we hope to expand in the future.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Subscribe to selected lollies and save $14 on every recurring order, applied automatically at checkout. Your lollies arrive monthly, and you can skip or cancel at any time. No lock ins.

How do you keep lollies fresh in transit?

Every order is packed carefully so your lollies arrive fresh and in perfect condition. In the warmer months, we take extra care with chocolate and other heat sensitive treats.

Do you cater to allergies?

We share all the ingredient information we have, but we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens such as nuts, dairy or gluten. Products may come into contact with allergens during manufacturing and packing. If you have a severe allergy, please read our Ingredients and Allergens page and contact us before ordering.
