The Lolly Cottage products are not suitable for anyone with a severe food allergy. All of our products are packed by hand in a shared facility that processes a wide range of lolly varieties. Despite our best efforts to maintain a clean and careful environment, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen traces or cross-contamination.
If you have a diagnosed food allergy, anaphylaxis risk, or severe food intolerance, we strongly advise against purchasing from The Lolly Cottage. Please contact us before placing any order so we can assist you appropriately.
Depending on which lolly varieties are included in your order, your pack may contain one or more of the following allergens:
Individual lolly varieties contain different combinations of the above allergens. Common ingredients across our range include: glucose syrup, sugar, gelatine (in selected non-vegan varieties), corn starch, citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, fruit and vegetable concentrates, and food colours.
All The Lolly Cottage products are packed in a facility that handles the following substances:
Wheat (Gluten) · Milk · Soy · Sulphites · Sesame · Tree Nuts · Peanuts · Egg
While we maintain high standards of cleanliness and take care when packing orders, the nature of our pick & mix process means cross-contact between varieties cannot be fully prevented. We do not operate an allergen-free production environment.
A number of our lolly varieties are vegan-friendly — free from gelatine, dairy and other animal-derived ingredients. Several varieties are also free from gluten-containing ingredients by formulation.
However, because all products are packed in a shared facility alongside non-vegan and gluten-containing varieties, we cannot certify any product as vegan-certified, gluten-free certified, or suitable for Coeliac disease. If strict dietary compliance is required, please contact us before ordering.
We source all of our lollies from trusted suppliers and use the allergen and ingredient information provided directly by those suppliers. We do our best to keep this page accurate and up to date, however supplier formulations can change without notice.
