Ingredients and manufacturing processes may change at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and allergens before purchasing.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email thelollycottage@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll assess and resolve the issue where appropriate.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.
We currently only ship within Australia.

All prices are in AUD and does not include GST
